Shipping Policy

At theolve.com, every wallpaper order is made to order with care. Our production and fulfillment timelines reflect the craftsmanship behind each piece.
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping notification when your order is on its way. After dispatch, please refer to your tracking information (if applicable) for updates.

Shipping times vary based on destination.
As a small, made‑to‑order studio, processing and shipping times may fluctuate depending on current order volume. Delays related to high demand or carrier timelines are outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
 Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your order.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. When applicable, this email will include a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
All confirmation emails include a direct link to track your order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship using Canada Post and UPS.
- For Canadian customers: Canada Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes.
 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@theolve.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item’s condition
- A photo of the damaged package
We review these situations on a case‑by‑case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
