1. What types of wallpaper do you offer?

We offer three wallpaper types:

- Peel & Stick — A smooth, removable wallpaper that's easy to apply and reposition. Perfect for renters or those who like to refresh their space.

- Textured Peel & Stick — Same easy application as Peel & Stick, with a subtle canvas-like texture for added depth and a premium feel.

- Traditional & Pasted — A classic wallpaper applied with paste for a long-lasting, permanent finish. Ideal for a more traditional installation.

2. What are the panel dimensions?

All panels are 25 inches wide and available in three lengths:

- 25 x 96 inches

- 25 x 108 inches

- 25 x 132 inches

3. How much does wallpaper cost?

Pricing per panel varies by type and length:

- Peel & Stick: $100 – $138 CAD

- Textured Peel & Stick: $110 – $148 CAD

- Traditional & Pasted: $125 – $163 CAD

4. Ordering & Measuring

How do I know how many panels I need?

Divide your wall width (in inches) by 25 and round up to the nearest whole number — that's your panel count. For example, a 100-inch wide wall needs 4 panels. Visit our How to Measure page for a full step-by-step guide.

Which panel length should I choose?

Choose a panel length that is equal to or greater than your wall height. Our available lengths are 96", 108", and 132". If your ceiling is 9 feet (108"), select the 108" panel.

What if my wall has windows, doors, or a slanted ceiling?

Measure the full height and width of the wall as if the windows or doors weren't there — you'll trim the excess during installation. For slanted ceilings, measure the tallest point of the wall and choose the next panel length up. Our How to Measure guide covers these special cases in detail.

5. Can I order a sample before committing?

6. Installation

Is Peel & Stick wallpaper truly removable?

Yes! Peel & Stick wallpaper is designed to be removed without damaging your walls. We recommend applying it to a clean, smooth, and dry surface for best results and easiest removal.

7. Can I reposition the panels after applying them?

Peel & Stick panels can be repositioned shortly after application. Once fully adhered, repositioning becomes more difficult, so take your time during installation.

8. Do I need a professional to install Traditional & Pasted wallpaper?

Traditional & Pasted wallpaper requires paste and more preparation than Peel & Stick. While it can be a DIY project, we recommend hiring a professional installer for the best results, especially for large walls.

9. Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Visit our Shipping page for full details on delivery times and rates.

10. Can I return my wallpaper?

Because our wallpapers are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

11. What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
