At The OLVE, every wallpaper order is created with intention. To reduce waste and ensure the highest quality, all our products are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, all sales are final and we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
We encourage you to review your measurements carefully before checking out, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing or ordering errors.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your wallpaper arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.
Please email info@theolve.com with clear photos of:
- The shipping box
- The damaged or defective area(s)
Our team will review your submission and assist you with next steps.

Returns (If Applicable)
If a return has been approved, please package your wallpaper using the same protective materials included in your original shipment. This includes:
- Bubble wrap or protective paper
- The original shipping tube (if applicable)
Items must arrive in original, unused condition. Returns that arrive creased, damaged, or altered cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider as refund posting times vary.
- Contact your bank as processing delays are common.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to info@theolve.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. If you require an exchange for this reason, please email info@theolve.com and we will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees. Shipping costs are non‑refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
TERMS OF SALE
Because each order is custom printed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cancellations cannot be accepted. Please ensure all measurements and selections are correct before placing your order.
